We collaborated with rapper and activist Maya Jupiter to make a music video for her song, “Inshallah.” The song is an ode to the joys and pains of motherhood across the world.
The Mexican tapestry served as a visual motif to connect the mother and daughter characters across the world: from Mexico to the US, from Turkey to Nigeria to China.
